הנחיות להצבת שלט
כל שלט המוצב בשטח עסק או בסמוך אליו דורש אישור מהעירייה, זאת בהתאם לחוק העזר לחוק העזר ליהוד (מודעות ושלטים), התשנ"ז 1997 ובחוק העזר לנווה אפרים-מונוסון (מודעות ושלטים), תשכ"א 1961.

הגשת בקשה להיתר להצבת שלט

בקשה להיתר להצבת שלט ניתן להגיש באמצעות טופס מקוון טופס בקשה להצבת מודעה/ שלט אשר יופנה להמשך טיפול מחלקת רישוי וקידום עסקים בעיריית יהוד-מונוסון.

תנאים להצבת שילוט

אינו מפריע לתנועת כלי רכב או הולכי רגל או מסכנם

אינו מגביל את שדה הראיה של הנוהגים ברכב

אינו מהווה מחסום לדלת, חלון, יציאת חירום, או במקום המונע גישה לאזור

הדרוש לצורכי מילוט

אינו פוגע בחזות הסביבה שבה מבקשים להציגו

אינו פוגע במראה האדריכלי של הבניין או של סביבתו

אינו פוגע ברגשותיו של הציבור

בשלט מואר – נבחן ואושר על ידי חשמלאי מוסמך

ככל ששטח השלט 1.2 מטרים רבועים ומעלה או משקלו 20 קילוגרמים ומעלה, קיבל לכך היתר בנייה, ככל שנדרש על פי חוק התכנון והבנייה תשכ"ה 1965

אישור וועדת שילוט עירונית, ככל שנדרש.

במקרה בו מבוקש שילוט בשטחים פתוחים (חניונים/ מדרכות/ חצרות) יש לצרף אסמכתא למיקום השילוט בתוך תחום המגרש הפרטי, על גבי תרשים המגרש

התחייבות המבקש להבטחת יציבות השלט על ידי מהנדס קונסטרוקציה מוסמך
