הקמת מבנה המשלב שני בתי כנסת: לעדה האתיופית ולחסידות ברסלב. המבנה יוקם ברחוב מוהליבר 2, סמוך לסניף בני עקיבא החדש, על פני שטח של כ- 900 מ"ר. כל בית כנסת יתפרש על פני כ- 450 מ"ר ויכלול: אולם תפילה, עזרת נשים, אולם קידושין וחדרי שרות. התכנון האדריכלי של המבנה משקף את המאפיינים של העדה והחסידות. הפרויקט נמצא בשלבי תכנון לקראת הוצאת היתר.
